App doesn’t work. When creating an account it says it sent an email with a link. Link doesn’t work so it’s impossible to create an account.

I find that although I set an end time with the App it rarely finishes at that time and instead keeps extending the time. I had a 30C cotton wash on my Beko washer that was due to finish at 8am. Then when I looked 8.34, then 8.49. Not exactly what I expected when I need to leave the house at a particular time.

It won’t even allow me to type in the text for the things its requiring of me to set it up. The keyboard does not appear at all. Had to copy paste to name the household and now can’t even do that to add the model number of the washing machine

We have a beko washer dryer. It doesn’t connect and all the trouble shooting videos show a different version of the app. We’ve done everything correctly but it just won’t find the device. Reading other reviews this is clearly an on going issue that has not been resolved.

Bluetooth on on the device. Barcode scanned. Doesn’t find it at all

Simply does not work. Unable to connect to Bluetooth and times out. Using a Bluetooth scanner shows no Bluetooth device nearby so I’m not sure what is going on, there’s no beacon either so I can’t see how it will ever connect! As I am clearly not alone Beko seem to have a major problem, perhaps the chip shortages have resulted in Bluetooth connectivity being sacrificed?

Never buy a Beko product because they are awful. This crappy app won’t connect to the washer. Would rate 0 if possible

Bought a new washer dryer and the Bluetooth will not connect no matter how many times I try. Sent an email but no response, so disappointed.

Hi. I seem to be having the same problem. The machine is not recognised by my mobile…
