Hard to use
Not really easy to use or navigate
Stupid system doesn’t let me register my tickets for today when they are booked for today!
Stupid!
No iPad support. Map cannot rotate.
No iPad support and map cannot rotate. Position does not show direction making it hard to navigate
Hard to access account
Very hard to log in. Can not use wifi or mobile data. Keeps loading and when it goes in. It bounces back out
Slow clunky and no filters for any of the differential information.
Simple features are lacking. No offline ability to see maps loads each time. Timings are static and not with any info. No warning or communication given. No planning available. Nothing that you would expect but a lot of other stuff that has potential if someone paid for feedback.
Trying to reserve a show ticket on app worst experience ever
Trying to reserve a show ticket on app and the app continually says timeout within 30 secs on entering guest information. Completely useless
