App is slow and unresponsive at times. Doesn’t refresh properly. Linked my reservation to the app, but still had to display the QR code in my booking (nowhere to be found in the app) to redeem vouchers, display my standby bookings, etc.
App not link to the ticket purchased.
The lady at the turnstill rejected the app reservation. Make sure to print your ticket.
The time to queue for the ride really helped as i can avoid that ride but the app takes really long to download i love disneyland
I’ve tried to make a park reservation for more than 10 times to the app and to the website for a group of 6 adults however an error keeps on showing. I am unable to make a reservation for my booked park tickets.
I brought my 73 year old mum to toilet on a rainy wet day and let my 2 children queued up for Wondrous Disney show at 12.30pm. I came back at 12.20pm 23/1/24 and the staff didn’t allow us to join my 2 children. Obviously it is a family entertainment park but not family minded staff you have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should not have any star at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everywhere is too crowded, the rides, ordering for food and snack.
