The workbooks, storybooks, and celebration stickers work in tandem with the App to help children develop a deeper understanding of literacy (and mathematics!) concepts. Built by educational experts and reinforced with feedback from our customers, the Practice Pack program includes 5 Pre-reader, and 15 Learn to Read packs that include workbooks, stickers, storybooks, and in the first Pre-reader pack, flashcards that are sent to the home, monthly. Subscribers can customize how often they receive these shipments through their account dashboard to tailor the pacing to each family’s needs. Created in conjunction with the App, the Practice Packs allow children to engage in different modalities of learning, review the skills they’ve gained in the App, and practice hands-on skills—like writing and tracing—that are best mastered in a non-digital environment. How to subscribe lifetime account in app store? I only can see 3 option.

Broken app causes freezes
Unusable. Want our money back.
App crashes
I installed the app on my Apple Air2 running iOS 12. When I launch the app the progress bar shows that it is loading but then it just crashes. I tried all the common troubleshooting including uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting etc. Very disappointing
Great program, bad glitches on the app
This program taught my son how to read. I love the curriculum and the workbooks that go along with the app. About 5 months ago the app stopped working. I updated it and contacted customer service but they never responded. I’ve been paying for the subscription since then because I was hoping that the issue would resolve itself with updates and time. I’m sad to cancel the subscription.
Won’t load!
It’s very frustrating, half the time I can’t get it to open, just has the spinning loading circle! My son was able to play 1 game and then couldn’t get the next level to load
The App is so Slow!
What happened since the update? It’s so frustrating on how slow it is. I deleted the app to download it again, and now I can’t even log-in! Tried the reset password so many times but still can’t log-in 🤦🏻♀️
Amazing!
Couldn’t recommend more! My kids love getting on the app! They are learning and having fun!
