Extremely Disappointed with Hostplus - Poor Handling of DASP
I am utterly dissatisfied with the service provided by Hostplus. I applied for my Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) and have been met with nothing but incompetence. The information provided is consistently incorrect or incomplete, leaving me in a state of uncertainty about my own funds. The resolution team has been far from helpful. Their lack of assistance and clarity has only added to my stress, making this process far more difficult than it should be. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and support from a financial institution that should be reliable and trustworthy. I am still waiting for my money, and the unnecessary delays and miscommunication have only escalated my frustration. I urge Hostplus to address these issues promptly and improve their customer service for future interactions.
