I do enjoy this app however when booking appointments it is quite annoying having to click “home” everytime to go back to your selection for the date you want to book for, and class/time. If this was improved to be an easier and smoother app experience I would definitely give it a 5, would also save me a lot of time!

The scheduling of appointments is easy and I like the blog, but there could be some improvements. It would be nice to see the full schedule so that I could make time to do the class I want. Right now, I have to experiment in 15 minute increments to know when the ISO classes are and then I can know it’s 45 minutes to the other 4 workouts. There has to be an easier way. Also, the after-burn should be made so that we can change the way it is tracked. I take my Watch off to take a shower, so i wish I could record the after-burn without a device.

The app is terrible. You have to go through multiple actions each time to book an appointment or view appointments. It doesn’t integrate with MyFitnessPal or the iPhone Health app or any others. The DietTrax feature is not as extensive as they claim. I use MyFitnessPal because it integrates ALL of my health data, like basal metabolic rate and body composition. Not just weight alone. It also lets me upload recipes or manually add food based on the label info. I have not been able to do that with DietTrax. It also does not let you create recipes and rarely finds information when you scan a barcode. It also constantly crashes and doesn’t accurately record workouts and calories. I’ve started having to take a picture of my watch after each session to make sure the app logs it correctly. This needs a major overhaul. It’s sad because I work out 5-6 days a week and many other members also hate this app. It should be working to our benefit when we are putting in so much time. One of my gym friends is an app developer and she has so many ideas for how to improve this. It makes no sense why the company owners have this terrible app for such an amazing concept. All of the locations around me stay so busy, so you would think a successful business would put more into the app that is required for booking your workouts.

When the app works it’s great but that doesn’t happen very much. It is stuck on a constant update which it never completes. No one at the local studios knows how to fix and there is no way to contact the creators. Don’t waste your time trying to use it.

The user experience design of this app is lacking. It’s cumbersome to toggle between favorites studios. It would be nice to see a comprehensive schedule instead of just searching by time or type. The app doesn’t connect to any calendar. There is no way to manage your account or payment card. The app looks outdated. It could be improved upon.

As a regular at this gym i beg the creators to give this app some attention and love. Please update because it gives me errors all the time. Also as a person said please update all this little things that make it so unproductive to use while doing a workout and the layout of the app itself. Please and thank you

I do enjoy being able to book online 3 days in advance. What I do not like the fact that it always populates my initial Hotworx home. I have consistently been going to another Hotworx as a sweat everywhere member but always have to scroll past my Alabama location. I haven’t been to my initial facility in years since moving off of town to Ohio. Also would be nice if could track workout from Android fitness tracker.

I’m loving Earn the Burn! I would recommend definitely trying. Feels so amazing after each class.
