HP Sprocket

После данного обновления, приложение требует повторного подключения принтера. При этом в конце подключения выдаёт ошибку «проблема с настройкой». iPhone Pro Max. Тем временем, на втором iPhone X приложение старое не обновлённое, и ко второму телефону принтер спокойно подключается и печатает! Разработчики, исправьте этот кошмар! Я хочу печатать с двух телефонов, а не пересылать фото с одного тел на другой что ты распечатать без проблем!

I have been using this for over a year and all i had are troubles while printing. Of the 50 photos printed 26 of them were spoilt in one way or the other. Sometimes half the photo wouldn’t print other time it would move down and part of the photo would be cut. And sometimes previous photos reprint on its own while a new photo is set to print. I have only had bad experience with the device and software. Though the photos that came good were of good quality. I have had more bad prints than good prints. I wish i didn’t buy this.

My sprocket was a brilliant and handy gadget until the app was updated and wow Sprocket 100 became a brick. The bluetooth doesnt connect and no print possible. Tried with IOS 12.xx as well as IOS 13.xx. Can u pls look into this. Whats the use if you cannot support older sprocket versions.

The print doesn’t come out well.

When I bought this sprocket 8 months ago it was printing quite well. But recently when I tried to print few pictures it has a lot of discolouration. Can you kindly help me fix this.

I was so looking forward for something like this, and when finally i got it & tried to print photos the app crashes, I've tried so many times, upgraded the firmware as well. But I am disappointed by hp 😔.

After an update I can not connect my phone to sprocket. Whats wrong with it. Also picture quality is not so great.
