Has been wonderful for scrap booking I only wish the app had a area to create stickers

Printer won’t pair and doesn’t appear in Bluetooth list either

Such a neat idea but the colour is really off but still love it!

We need a function on this app where you can make collages because I found it so hard to look for an app that I could make one let alone print it! Overall amazing product!

I have the original sprocket, and so I haven’t used it in a while. There are some photos I want to print but it won’t connect to the app. It connects to my phone but it won’t say it’s connected on the app so I can’t actually print anything. I try to connect it on the app and it doesn’t show up at all. I don’t use my sprocket enough to just buy a new one. Quite disappointing

App only works sometimes. Have had to reset app or reinstall a number of times. Really annoying. Great when it works

it was good when i got it, but after a while i stopped using the sprocket for a bit. so, to save my storage i offloaded the app. now it seems i simply can’t get it back. no other apps i have have done this, even ones with bigger sizes. i have deleted many videos, photos and apps but i still can’t reinstall it. very frustrating.

The app is okay, but when I go onto edit and go onto text, instead of letting me type it just comes up with frames and it keeps happening even though I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times.

The app won’t load the platforms apart from gallery and crashes when I try the others 😡
