The App does not do what banking apps are designed to do!!!
It is really frustrating that I have had to take time out of my day (two days in a row) trying to navigate the app and online banking! Both are poorly designed and not user friendly! You have to go online and answer a whole lot questions to set up new payee! It is also difficult to find new payee section on their online banking
