Disappointed
It is not possible to forward the bank transfer confirmation to the recipient. I felt very disappointed that this basic feature is not available on mobile and also on the website.

It’s very handy but does not allow you to email the bank

Great way to pay.
New payee
I do not manage to register a new payee on my phone app.
Limited utility
As a user of several banking apps this app is by far the most limited I have. Adding a new payee is quite horrible and given that HSBC sometimes just seem to sit on one’s money before effecting a transfer or providing any user friendly transaction history, this app is something I try to avoid using.
