other apps from digital banks and even physical banks are much better with a lot of different options and features to better manage and keep track of expenses. it’s a shame that a bank the size of HSBC does not invest in a good, modern app, even with the constant improvements in technology we currently have.
Why not incorporate tools to help budgeting?- and provide a better overview of movements annually?

I do not manage to register a new payee on my phone app.
As a user of several banking apps this app is by far the most limited I have. Adding a new payee is quite horrible and given that HSBC sometimes just seem to sit on one’s money before effecting a transfer or providing any user friendly transaction history, this app is something I try to avoid using.
