I rarely make App Store reviews but I’m pretty triggered by this. It’s not easy for some people to speak in front of strangers, I’m one of them. I made the effort to download the app and make an account. I decided I was going to speak on my first meeting and waited all day. The meetings aren’t until like 5pm in my country and I downloaded the app at around 8am. So I was pretty nervous for much of the day. The time of the meeting rolled around and I joined and immediately put my hand up. I waiting 10 minutes for my turn. When it came around, I got 10 seconds before the app cut me off and went to the next person. Some people are looking for support from this app because they feel unheard and unseen. So it’s kinda bizarre that it’s built so poorly that it can make people feel the exact way that they came to the app to get support with. Do better, at least do the bare minimum.

The app itself is brilliant, the ability to talk to people going through similar experiences as yourself is amazing. The love and support from everyone involved is out this world! I wish there was more times for meetings so it could be more international. As 2am meetings for the Uk is hard. But it’s a new app so time will tell!

I understand that time difference exists and you are a new app but 2AM meetings are not excessable also all the meetings are at the same time I don’t know if this was deliberate but please fix this

When I first began using this app, I was very nervous about public speaking. I couldn’t find myself ever stepping up to speak, especially to people I didn't know. Eventually, this app taught me to not be insecure and to finally express how I feel without being ignored, it felt amazing to get things off of my chest. A lot of people encouraged me to speak and over time I got more and more comfortable with public speaking. A lot of people my age could understand some of the troubles I was going through. I made a couple friends occasionally as well! One day, I woke up late and decided it was time to speak on this app, and it showed a screen with no options saying something along the lines of “Permanently banned.” I do not remember causing any trouble in the past and I would enjoy my time on Humans Anonymous as a friend to everyone with open arms. Please fix this!

The fact that you can’t even talk to someone without paying is so utterly disgusting and pathetic. Imagine making a mental health app where someone struggling really bad has to pay in order to talk to someone. DISGUSTING

I really want to help others and talk to others but I can’t even unlock my messages unless I pay I really wanted to talk to someone but u didn’t have the money for it, so I sat there and kept getting notifications and note being able to open them and help others. Or even be helped I’ve been going through a lot and I just needed someone to talk to but I can’t pay I was hoping to be able to chat with them but I can’t

A lot of people make fun of me and keep hitting the laughter button when I actually telling my story and it not funny they need to get on somewhere and do something to they life

I got this app when it first getting popular and it was great! An open chat where people of all ages can talk and share their problems for free but now there are age limits and the 24 hour chat is behind a pay wall. Its just disappointing how this app that helped me so much when it came out is suddenly so different in the worst way :(

This app is honestly ridiculous. It’s a scam. They don’t even have a support line for your account in case you need help with anything I’ve been waiting for hours for “help” and nothing.

I first downloaded this app a year or two ago when I was really struggling with my mental health. I recently redownloaded it to see how it was going. Only one major problem from my experience. Every time I try to even access my inbox or the meeting chat i am immediately asked to pay for it. I didn’t have this happening the last time.
