So many problems where do I begin
I purchased 2 tickets for 120hours each on the website. I tried to transfer 1 ticket to my wife on the app. The app instead removed both tickets from my app. Now none of them appear on my app and it shows the same ticket twice on my wife’s app. So we have completely lost 1 of our tickets that we paid over $120 for. Please fix this or refund 1 of my tickets. Also, I was never provided a confirmation email. Luckily I took a picture of the confirmation number before I closed out the screen. So make sure you screenshot the confirmation number before closing the screen. This happened to my friend as well. In addition the QR codes they provided do not work properly and rarely scan on the metro. They took almost 3 minutes each to scan at the Rijks museum.
