They give you too much information, it is too expensive, you can’t cancel easily from the App. They lowered price by 150 dollars and didn’t inform me so I have been paying way to much for years

The app seems to let me login but I cannot the screen goes black as soon as I’m in. Fix these bugs as it won’t let me check my info. I’ve already uninstalled and installed again to see if would it help but it does not.

User experience has only gotten worse over time. The app is now essentially unusable and the website hardly any better. Due to this I have cancelled my subscription after a few years of membership. Will move on and find a better company.

Don’t do it. On the website the cancel button just gives an error and the app doesnt even have one. Scam

App never seems to remember me. I get an occasional text alert about something, go to check the app, but it has forgotten my login information so I need to manually enter the password, get an email verification code (and the email always says it’s a new unrecognized device), and set up a new pin. Happens frequently. Then once I’m in the app, it doesn’t always show me the alert I got the text about.

The app does what it should do once you get it to open. Although after a short time the app always forgets your Face ID and requires you to enter a password. Very inconvenient if you use a complex password that is not easily remembered and you receive a alert that requires attention. Frustrating .

Its too hard to unsubscribe!!!

If you need customer support, they put you on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told they’ll call you back within 24 hours. Horrible service.

After numerous logins, setting up face recognition and entering remember me each login, nothing works. I start cold with every login needing to enter my password and ID.

They charge a lot, provide a bad app, and mskrvit as hard as possible to close the as account. Scam.
