They offer a “free” trial and charge you 19.95, I have tried to cancel and it keeps saying error. Try to call and they don’t answer. It’s a SCAM!
Credit cards duplicated in vault. Credit cards cannot be removed. Credit report : error message while accessing Credit rating: cannot access Notifications cannot be deleted Contacting The company they suggest delete app and reinstall (like the cntrl-alt-delete) for the old Microsoft. IT DOES NOT WORK. JUST FIX IT.
I can’t believe it, is the app built for iphone not ipads.
Every time I try and view my scores the screen goes white and I can’t see anything. I am paying for this app, so it would be nice if it actually worked for what I am using it for.
Mobile Attack Control is annoying. Either let me disable it or make it so I don’t have to dismiss its pop-up window all the bloody time. Overall, your website and app are equally cumbersome, so I’ll just use the website and delete this app. I’m not convinced your service is really worth the expense, but I’m keeping it… for now.
It’s not at all what I expected. You’ll get a lot more for free with Experian service. Tried to cancel it. It won’t let me do it on this app. Tried logging in on the website, but it didn’t accept the password. Tried resetting it. I know I gave the correct answers but it failed. When I called, they asked for my name and phone number and that somebody will call me after 8 am. I don’t know about others, but I gotta work during normal business hours and I can’t use my phone on the job. This is what I get for falling for another one of those pretty scams out there. Probably will have to go through my bank and report credit card fraud or something just to cancel this useless thing!
The credit updates happen every few months instead of monthly and the same goes for the credit scores. No credit alerts are received on items which should have generated an alert. Other alerts always display this error: “We are facing issue while fetching alert details, please try again later. If you still face the issue, please contact our support team.” Their support team is inefficient and they can’t even pull up your account with your member ID.
I see this as a passive cash grab. I am looking for a polished alternative.
I have unfortunately been a victim of this company. As soon as I created an IdentityForce account, I’ve suddenly had about 4 different individuals attempting to open credit cards or loans using my information. It’s quite the coincidence isn’t it? This may have been the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Not only was it a waste, it appears as though the money I spent on creating an account is going to cost me even more in the near future, with all these individuals suddenly having access to my information from god knows where… I am not pointing fingers, but I will say it is quite suspicious that the app couldn’t have alerted me about the multiple credit inquires, $15,000 loan applications, etc., yet the app never fails to alert me that I have pulled a few dollars out of an ATM using my own card…. I did not need to pay $100 just to view my own ATM receipts. If I had to give this app a suggestion, it would be perform better background checks on your employees.
