The app works terribly, it doesn’t recognize my passport even though it’s ideally placed within the marks. I’ve tried fro two days and nothing. Web version isn’t working as well.

Funktioniert nicht mit iPhone 16 pro
Die Selfiefunktion funktioniert nicht mit einem iPhone 16 pro. Die App verlangt einen so geringen Abstand zum Gesicht dass das Bild immer unscharf ist.

Erkennt keine Ausweise sehr zurückgeblieben System noch

Anders als im Titel bereits geschrieben, lässt sich das Vorgehen nicht beschreiben. Ich habe meinen Vertrag dann am Ende bei einem anderen Unternehmen ohne IDnow abgeschlossen.
Was ist das? 👎👎👎
Alle Anforderungen habe ich erfüllt, und es hat auch wie geplant funktioniert. Am Ende musste ich jedoch alles von vorne beginnen.

Nach der Installation wird eine Id-Nummer verlangt, die man nicht hat, ist wohl ein Witz!
Scant nix
Sowohl über die App als auch über den Browser funktioniert kein Scan meines Persos. Gut beleuchtet und iPhone 15 Pro Max. Aber scheint dann wohl ein ungewöhnliches Gerät zu sein, sonst hätte das Team es ja getestet.
