App is abandoned

Updated review. Basically, at least for users in Switzerland, this app has been abandoned by IDW. Since prior review and contacting support multiple times, nothing is fixed. Transformers issues “coming soon” months overdue. King Grimlock not available. Shattered Glass not available. Totally forget it. Same issues are available in Apple Books.

I’m trying to log back in to my account, and it won’t let me. I want to reset my password, but they won’t email me the verification code despite saying they did.

My books are gone

The app just updated, and hundreds of books I’ve purchased over the past decade have vanished

Never sent the verification code

Like ever. Not never. Guess they don’t want my money. How about fixing the app?

Won’t let me log in!!

Apparently I got logged out and when I type in my email and password it keeps saying wrong password so then I tried to reset my password and it then says that my account doesn’t exist!! Help

Searching dose not work

You just fiscally can’t search the search engine just dose not work

Garbage app 😠

The store literally shows Sonic the Hedgehog and TMNT comics but if you search for these titles in the search bar it says it couldn’t find anything. Really?! I’ll stick with Kindle and Apple Books from now on.

Good app but..

I really like this app but my issue is. When I want to re read something. There’s no way to start from the beginning. Unless I’m missing something. I have to manually slide page by page back to the beginning. I remember the old app had a page index where you could just pick what page you want. Please bring that back.

EXTREMELY Frustrating App

This app is incredibly buggy. There are many times I have to restart the app over and over and over again because my purchased comics won’t load. Furthermore, the app is extremely late to upload new issues at times. I’m currently waiting for Fang The Hunter #1 and that released almost a month ago and still isn’t available on the app. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I don’t have comic store nearby where these comics are available aside from when they release because copies are limited. Using this app makes it easy to access all of the Sonic comics in one place, or at least it’s supposed to be easy.

Majorly Disappointed

I downloaded this specifically for the Transformers comics. It had Transformers in their gallery as part of a bundle—I figured it was a current one, since most apps show stuff that’s actually available to the user. Made an account and found out I’m pretty much limited to TMNT and My Little Pony. What’s even the point of this app? They have how many publications to their name? And don’t even have a quarter available.
