It Supports my IFS therapy and is really helpfull especially when I am struggeling in a specific Moment

I love what IFS Guide is doing to make IFS more accessible to so many! I think the new AI guide is a fantastic use of AI. But there was a lot of value also in the old audio guided sessions that were available in the app and I would love to see them brought back as an option. I found the audio sessions to be more accessible sometimes for me because I could listen without needing to speak. Both tools working together would be so much more valuable than just one or the other. ❤️

I just got this app not even a week ago. I have noticed it is not a smooth experience if you happen to use a screen reader like voiceover. I’ve been trying to look for apps to help me with learning my parts and getting to know them. there are some features that I can’t even use at all. The audio guidance being one of them. I really hope this can be improved.

I like the app so far. First day using it and I had a valuable time connecting with one of my parts through the chat feature - this is fantastic!!! So excited to continue using it. There are bugs - the Parts section doesn’t always allow me to make edits to specific parts (like changing the image for a part). The video tutorials don’t always load. I have to keep shutting down the app and opening it again to get it working. I really hope the bugs get fixed soon. I don’t like Pepe the dog icon. I like dogs but I don’t find Pepe to be cute at all. I went as far as changing the icon of the app on my phone desktop. I find it distracting and silly-looking. I changed the icon to something more neutral. In the app, Pepe still shows up in the app even though I changed the icon on the Home Screen. Ugh. I hesitate to share this app with others because I’m embarrassed by Pepe…

The first day or two you can make progress but then it stops being available unless you upgrade. Much like the rest of the self halo industry these days, it’s too focused on making profit.

Ya know I’ve paid for so many apps that I quickly lose interest in….quickly meaning immediately. This really helps me identify which part of my self is controlling the show. It also allows my Self-Self to respond and be aware! I’m knew to IFS- not the concept but actually IFS. I think this is my holy grail of self-help apps!

I used to be able to to the check in and I found it helpful but now every function of this app is behind a paywall, it’s disappointing.

I purchased the app. I got through one exile checkin. Now no matter what i do, the app is stuck in loading mode or a permanent “Pepe typing.” Plus after using the app for less than 10 minutes, its asked me for feedback, to leave a review and to share the app 5 times. Dr Shwartz’s books are wonderful. I was hoping this app would be helpful. I don’t want to cancel my subscription or delete the app, but 🤷‍♂️

I have the pleasure of doing internal family systems, therapy in person for a few years and it was the most impactful therapy I’ve ever done. When I moved, I struggled in finding a practitioner and stumbled upon this app and thank God because this has been such a beautiful way of reconnecting with my parts and providing structuring guidance. It has brought me a level of peace that I don’t get through regular therapy. It is potent and impactful
