It’s great to have a service that I can contact anytime if I have issues and the call was very quick to answer and staff where polite and helpful this type of service is hard to find these days as most companies just want money and don’t really care about the end user well done 👍
It’s core function is very well designed, functionally the app requires to many logins. Either forcing logins for no reason or the charts don’t load and the app has to be closed, which requires logging in again.
Best charting and reliability of systems
Takes a while to get used to but very easy to navigate once you are, and brilliantly responsive when trading
I’ve been a member for over 10 years but I’m switching to a cheaper platform. Overnight rates are way too high, and spreads increase all too often during trading hours. It’s not unusual to see a 2.0 spread on gbp/usd and there are much cheaper and better platforms out there. Also, most of the ‘Signals’ are total guesses and should be illegal considering the hit rate they achieve. With the amount of technology and knowledge in trading markets, IG should be providing clients with greater advice and better hit rates. I wonder who these ‘experts’ are.
I could not believe IG could improve on its old Spreadbet app, but this is amazing. With insights into the book, sophisticated charts and alerts - this is the best mobile app I have seen.
Do not allow you to set limit orders within a percentage that they deem realistic (30%) . This has blocked my trading strategy when dealing with volatile instruments. AVOID
IG stands out with its sleek UI, fast execution, versatile account options, the perfect demo accounts to practice strategies and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Every time I tried to switch to the demo part of the app to learn more it just instantly crashes and closes the app before I even get chance to get onto the account, I’ve tried 15 times in a row now and every time it just keeps crashing.
What on earth is happening to this app? ‘Login expired’ comes up every time I log in, and then when switching from real to demo, the app just crashes. I love IG, but come on…
