Ikon Pass

The features of the app are nice to have especially the ability to join a group and see where everyone is on the mountain. I would love for my children to be able to be a part of this! But the thirteen year old age limit won’t allow for that. As a parent, frustrating.

Having to baby sit the Start Tracking button is very annoying. If i previously told it to Track, and Location Services is allowing it my location then it should just continue tracking statistics.

I've been a long-term Ikon pass holder purchasing the pass every year it has existed. The last few years I've made an early purchase for the renewal, which I did again this April through the app. For some reason, they see the transaction, but no dollar amount or pass in my account, and they are also saying it's too late to get a pass this year. This issue has been an unbelievable way to lose a loyal customer who would have been a lifetime customer, but now will never purchase an ikon pass again.

The app doesn’t provide conditions in Europe. The two areas I’ve been watching look like they are closed, No trails and no lifts open, even when other sources show them in operation. If the IKON app wants to be the one source for this info, serve their customers, and support the European resorts on the pass, then they have failed.

Can’t open destinations to looks at the maps or favorite any of them

I already bought an Ikon pass for this season. Are your engineers and ads team really not communicating at all? Why am I getting push notification ads for a pass I already bought through the app? Get it together.

I’ve used the app the previous 2 seasons, and I don’t really recall any big changes. But today I used it for the first time this season, and I could not find the watch complication from last year. Did we lose it? Why? Having to find the app manually seems tedious.

Can’t load any destination, or add them to ones favorites…. Renders the app useless!!! Just in time for ski season…. Well done!
