One time I was looking for my friends and the app helped me find them! So awesome! Too cruel

App doesn't even launch. Just says error 0 at about 6% loaded.

Not sure why alterra finds it necessary to ping your location every time you open the app even when you’re not tracking a session. Also not sure why they aren’t competent enough to integrate their reservation API from their website into their mobile app. The app is useful ONLY for looking at your stats and checking SOME resorts’ trail status etc. but if you’re checking multiple resorts to compare, good chance several either won’t be updated or won’t be available, so I end up looking up directly with the resort or open snow. The potential is there - the execution, however, is not.

This app is well done but I cannot understand why you have to hit “track” for days to properly log with WiFi enabled. At my resort, I don’t have service, there is no WiFi and this throws all of my stats off. My epic pass has every lap I’ve taken since 2010 logged without me having to track anything. I love tracking my stats but since I can’t in the app without WiFi, I’ve started using other apps. Wish it was tied to my pass :/

The app is pretty good but I wish that you could stay signed in - it seems like every time I want to go in and look at something I have to sign back in again, so please make it so we can stay signed in! Then it would be great!

I feel like Ikon should automatically track my vertical w/o me having to open/start tracking thru the app. I wish I could see my vertical…

My total vertical feet for 2024 is highly inaccurate. Can you fix it?

Like half the time I can’t find any way to start tracking and the other half it’s impossible to miss. WTH? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
