App will not recognize the new sticker or allow me to add a vehicle.

I’ve tried the app and the website to locate unpaid tolls. It says nothing can be found, but yet I keep getting emails to pay. It can’t find the license plate nor my name. Now let’s see if I can pay this invoice.

App is horrible, it opts out on its own when trying to edit payment information or add the vehicle. Corruption level in this state is absurd.

Received an invoice today even though I have an account set up. Happens every time I travel through this wonderful state. I guess they just like getting the extra 3 bucks for every toll. Corruption at its finest Pritzker!

Never loads most up to date balance. I’m not even sure how much money is in my account. Why can’t our state find enough resources to build a usable app?

Why does tolls take so long to POST? Posting one toll at a time is ridiculous, if you drive through 3 tolls in one day, why doesn’t all the tolls post at the same time instead of just one? 🤔😡🤦.

Every time I use this app to update my address and order a new transponder it says something went wrong try again later. Been this way every single time over the past several months.

App is repeatedly pushed by the tollway authority. They sent me a new transponder and the app only gave error codes when activating following their directions. Then I spent 20 minutes on with customer service to activate the sticker they sent me. 2 minutes of that was them telling me how to get their app that doesn’t work. I do appreciate the identity and fraud protection offered by the Tollway Authority. Those people should audit the General Assembly.
