Hi ITS, Customer service level is slow and on reply’s for following up on orders, the response are a line and lacking in empathy. Thank you

I bought 4 items on the 31st July, had my money deducted from my account, conveniently as the app malfunctioned! I’ve had no order number sent to me, no confirmation via the app or email and no response to any of my 7 emails asking about my order, or my Instagram PMs, or direct to Jac Jossa OR via the app. I was told by an automated response system that someone would get back to me within 3 days - it’s now been 9 days!!! Can somebody get back to me or kindly send me my order with a confirmation OR give me my money back! I am extremely disappointed!!!

Hi guys. Please restore the ability to use Clearpay and Laybuy as payment methods.

Trying to check out an order and the app lags so much! Takes ages to catch up with what you’ve wanted it to do. Please fix the issues

ITS (in the style) Has stolen ALL investors & share holders money meanwhile PRETENDING to be a great amazing giving back company saying they give to charity but when in the real world there nothing but a bunch of CON men / SCAMMERS & they have been STEALING money from peoples life's saving to pay them selfs HUGE salaries meanwhile saying the company is collapsing & just lying to everyone it's DISTURBING to see the UK allow these type of MASSIVE FRAUD please trust pilot don't remove this review just see yourself what they have done to the people who actually invested into this company they have STOLEN peoples hard earned life savings it's heart breaking to see people loose EVERYTHING And these people don't give a care in the world so corrupt please don't believe me check ITS share price they have ZERO debt yet they still managed to destroy the share price just so they could steal everyone's money they think they can just change company names & steal shares from people who have invested life savings & have stolen all police will be informed & all legal teams this won’t be left please help spread the word if you was in this situation just picture your whole life savings gone to nothing more than sneaky con men

The old app was brilliant. The new one doesn’t have all the same catagories and filters don’t work. Also as another comment on her mentioned all previous data was lost.

Shame the app has changed.. lost all my order history, and the filter by size doesn’t work properly - filter on 12-14 and get clothes that only have size 6 available. Shame as the app was really useful.

I love in the style & have loads of items I put a size filter on the app. It’s great. Try to sort in price etc. it looses the size filter. So annoying. Please have a look at it
