Not a bad bank to go with only problem I’ve run into, which is an extremely annoying one, is them claiming fraudulent activity and completely randomly locking your card not a “was this you?” Nun just go to buy sum and, whoops, you can’t

Recently stopped performing transactions and is now saying it is sending authentication notifications to my old iPhone 12 and I deleted it and reinstalled it to see if it fixed the issue but it did not. Now it won’t even open as this phone isn’t a trusted device. Missed a house payment on the holiday weekend. Easier to switch banks at this point.

I like the simplicity of the app and I’m able to get what I need when I need it.

We enjoy the site and ease of doing it all from home. We are long time members of the Credit Union started out as AT&T CU then became Foram and now Indiana Members. Over the years Members has been GREAT in every way. Always there when we need them.

Love this credit union and their app. Easy to navigate and easy to do everything I need to from my phone.

Poorly executed and dropped on consumers

5 stars There is an issue when you upgrade your phones that needs to be addressed. I upgraded to 15 pro. Gave my Son the 13 pro. The app will not recognized my phone and me using it if I am not on my home WiFi. This needs to be fixed. He still has my zim card inside his phone. My phone has none. Any ideas how to fix it?
