I love this app and have used it several times. Easy to use. And now if you don’t know what to say in your message, there is AI to help. Plus, gift ideas are linked inc gift cards. Simply affordable and efficient. I love that I can leisurely make a card and schedule shipment months later. I recommend it to friends.

I ordered my husband a card for Father’s Day. I placed it on the 6th of June, it shipped on the 10th and I was suppose to receive on the 18th . Which I don’t understand Why it took so long in the first place! I finally got in contact with this company! Never talked to a live person! I had to chat with AI! I was told my card has been lost in transit!! THIS HAS MY PHOTOS ON THIS CARD AND ADDRESS! I am very disappointed with this company!! I will never order from here again!! My identity is being exposed!!!

I received an opportunity to get a Father’s Day card for free because of T-Mobile Tuesday deals. The pictures on the card turned out good but the card was delivered with no outer covering just the card itself, which caused the card to be damaged. There was sticky residue on the front of the card. The sides of the card were bent and had small tears. My address and name is also present on the card beside the message I wrote for the card, which is not a good idea for a gift for someone.

I ordered a card for fathers day on June 1st more than 2 weeks before fathers day. Here it is 3 days after fathers and I have yet to recieve the card and i am highly disappointed in the service i have received. Tried asking for a refund or a reprint and both were denied. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Never shop at this site.

A few years back, this company would promote every holiday with its own category on the main page. It would give you loads of heads up and keep those categories there until a few days before the holidays/celebrations. Now, I’ve literally emailed them multiple times asking where certain card categories have gone away from the mail page. When I’ve talked to the chat customer service they “can’t see it either and don’t know” then have me email the manager who, and I’m not kidding this happens every time, had it put on the main page and emails me a very gaslight-y email like I didn’t see it. The quality in the printing is also hit and miss. After years of using this company, I’m done. Not worth it.
