I made a transfer through this platform and they debited amount from my account. It hasn’t delivered to the recipient and also they have blocked my account without any reasons. When I raise a ticket against my complaint and tried to contact them through call,they are not answering my calls.
Pls beware, product keeps getting worse in terms of exchange rates and points offering. Customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your time and energy.
Very good app for transferring money to India. Money reaches in 2-4 working days. Point system is also good.
Wasting customer’s time with ads on every app launch. No card scanning with camera to add card, and doubling down on the stupidity by preventing autofill, or even pasting in the card number fields. Just plain stupid.
If you wanna sent someone money and the recipient not in hurry to get money then you can use this app. It very good to slow :)
Horrible experience, they claim it sends fast it doesn’t and when you message support they have the same answer no matter how many messages or days it’s been. After all said and done waiting weeks to send money it was refunded back to me for some reason. Won’t use again.
It used to be one day transaction but now it is the slowest on the market. Money was deducted on the first day and it take more than a week for recipient to reach. Stay away from it.
I have just recently used the app and it was a first long process. But everything went through after much needed documents were given. I would use the app again in the future.
Xoom got me way better rates; and it is much faster (almost instant).
I was gonna transfer dollars to yen. But it doesn’t show Yen and have to request to see the currency. It’s inconvenient. I will compare which company is convenient Wise or Instarem.
