I was mewing with my to new toy of the web site until .. I realised. It didn’t work so j in called and was scammed by Indian call Rajesh khan kutharparlly Patel after this I was broke but I never back and so I sold lemonade for many years and now am very successful
I’ve bought artworks through this app before, but it’s almost impossible to do so now. I follow 28 artists and the app used to show all works by those artists for me to browse and bid on. I’d open the app, all the available works by those artists were listed under ‘following’ and I could see all the new pieces. Now the app refuses to show more than 5. If I want to see the other 23 artists, I have to search for each artist individually and can only see their works as a search result, never as a collection. Before it was one click to see them all, now it’s 23 times more difficult. I’ve missed out on bidding for dozens of works because of this stupidity.
On two occasions I have won a bid using this app, only to find out later that in fact I have not won, due to strange and opaque reasons - in one case the auction house claimed a faulty connection and in another they claimed that another bid in the room had won. There are many very dodgy auction houses out there, and this app is fine when it works, but when something goes wrong, they won’t do anything for you, and will side with the auction house. Be warned.

I’ve used this app on my phone for a number of years with no issue. Recently I went to use it and discovered I was signed out- It offers the choice of signing in with apple and google- neither of which I want to do. I want to sign in with my email but it will not currently let me do that. A page comes up when I attempt this that says “personalise your account” - No thanks - just sign me in by email and password as has been the process previously. This needs to be addressed in next update
This is a interesting platform but they don’t have much support for customers. Basically the auction houses don’t care if the customer is not happy and invaluable can’t do anything about this or they don’t bother. Complained few times to invaluable about how an auction house didn’t deliver what they promised but invaluable didn’t care.so you are on your own and anything you buy is a risk because auction houses are not taking responsibility and invaluable don’t want to bother them too.

Amazing app- simple to navigate
I spent over £700 pounds in various auctions, buying pieces of artwork which all turned about to be fake. Invaluable finally contacted me saying “how seriously they take claims of fraud” but have failed to do anything about it and are allowing fraudulent dealers to continue selling on their site. Making lots of commission of course, while they ignore any further corespondents and pretend nothings happened.. Scumbags. The app doesn’t even have a built in helpline, or any contact information available. They do not care about you, they just want your money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, Go get Catawiki instead, it’s way better. The helpline will sort out any problems you have, from both sides of auctioning. Enough said.
