Out of all the online auctions, this one is the most down to earth with their prices easy to use, and they ship their stuff to you extremely fast love them great job guys

I like the app and use it all the time. However, I wish it would be possible to exclude certain auction houses when doing a broad search. Right now you have to manually check each individual auction house you want to search and leave the one you don’t want unchecked. There is one auction house I don’t want to see results from (obscene material) so I have to manually check the rest of the auction houses. It would be nice to be able to be able to select all and unselect just one. Thanks!

Invaluable initiated an update without warning which locked everyone out of their accounts during an auction. Terrible customer service and you have to pay a premium to use them. Avoid at all costs

This garbage app does not work correctly …i used invaluable for year …today i open it and a window comes up saying mandatory update required …i click and it takes me here and it shows the app is up to date …i go back and restart the app and i restart google play and it still shows the same garbage ..what the @#$& is wrong with you people …get your darn @#$& together ..i closed both google play and invaluable and it does not change …WTF…

Invaluable is a wonderful way to participate in auctions all over the world the world in real time. Their customer service is excellent. The interface is beautiful and functions perfectly. I trust that I am dealing with legitimate auction houses that are selling items that are as described. The auction premiums and Invaluable fees are high but the items bought at auction usually retail for 3x+ the amount I pay at auction. I have zero complaints.

App needs better searching ability. 2-factor authentication and a better way to search for auctions that carry specific items.

This auction is considered for local pickup maybe but if you are bidding online would go through The UPS Store in Orange Co or near by would rip you off for hefty shipping cost which you can’t do about or forfeit your auction !!! I would not recommend esp for anywhere outside LA - from Southern CA to North CA for 70 lbs they charged nearly $200… which included $40 for packaging and pickup the items from the auction! So it’s not worth it!…

Consignor’s and buyers beware. I’ve seen buyer’s premiums as high as 210% for lower value items. The auctioneer charges 21.4% but Invaluable as a platform thinks they deserve an additional 188.6%? I can think of zero added value this platform adds compared to others, which are flat rate % and not based on the price you pay. In addition there’s no access to past results without paying additional subscription fees, and no bidder watched item statistics. Who’s running this company?

All these auctions are manifestations of criminal organizations, people who buy here do not understand or do not know where to go and trust criminals, do not you realize that they are filling their pockets by selling you pieces of very low grades, I have looked at the pieces they sell and I have presented some and they do not respond because they themselves compare cheap and sell you cheap garbage, they do not know that they themselves are using you, look at the best place to sell and buy is called eBay, here they do not discriminate against you and it is a much safer place, but these places like HiBid, Heritage Auction, and stack roundabouts, are organizations that buy themselves on eBay what is cheap to sell it to you expensive and you fill their pockets, it is time for them to rent, say enough is enough!!!.

It’s always something if it’s not the auction houses selling fake channel bags they rip you off in shipping. Shipping is an open scam for them because you don’t know shipping cost before the bid so they hit you with exorbitant shipping prices $600 to ship a “36 x 36” painting from Gilbert az to Las Vegas what a joke. And if you don’t pick it up within 10 days you’ll lose the item you just paid for …..Tik tok tik tok the vultures are circling.
