My watch working great until a couple of Days ago there was an update and now it’s stopped sync with my phone

App suddenly logged out after 6 months of using my t daily. Won’t recognise my original log in so I tried registering with an alternative email address but that wouldn’t work either so now I’m stuck with a watch that I can’t track

It was great until yesterday. The app kicked me out and I can’t log in. I’ve even tried requesting to change the password but the doesn’t work either. Unusable!!!

Since the update, my watch changed its own watch face and my app logged me out and won’t sign me back in! So now I’ve got a wasted watch! This needs sorting! I have tried to forget my password for it not to send an email for a code! And to say something in Chinese which I don’t understand!

If you need a password reset to be able to access the app, it’s unworkable because the reset code gets sent by EMAIL but there is a 60 second time-out on the reset page. And the email with the code takes two days to arrive. So there is no possible way to access the app anymore, and therefore no way to change the time since the clocks have changed. Thanks, InxFit; now I’m wearing an expensive brick on my wrist.

Mine has been working great until yesterday it changed the clock face itself & when I go to change it it comes up network error. I’ve re installed it but now I can’t get into the app at all

App syncs well with watch. Easy to use and has a good amount of functions. Could have had a blood pressure function to improve it, plus more face choices. 👍

Great app, works very well with my watch. Do you do more faces for the watch??.

Need help Charging has become hit or miss. Also loses time between charges. Need help before it becomes a brick.

I can’t connect my phone to the watch it’s just not working please reply
