Worst customer service . U can never book air tickets from irctc app without any issues…customer support is clueless about everything

App not opening after taking latest updates

Issue with every aspect of the app. 1. Otp never arrives on time while changing password or forgot password. 2. Changing of ‘to’ and ‘from’ doesn’t update and flts of default places are shown. 3. Dates of travel does not get updated and flts for current date is shown even after changing multiple times. 4. Even after multiple negative reviews the app developers/ IRCTC are reluctant to put any effort to make better the application.

Not working properly

Don’t waste customers time. I booked flight twice and paid ₹ 1.2 lakhs each time & finally failed. My money stuck and next time I wl try price will go up

You money will be deducted but ticket booking will be failed. Money return process takes 7 days. No customer care support. Don’t even receive a single call.

Payment gateway don't have upi options

The app has improved. However, recent search show oldest at top and newest at the bottom. There is no way to sort. Recent search must be sorted in descending order.

No guarantee of ticket issuance by airline till next few hours after booking.. surprised to hear when I called customer care
