Unable to book flights
Payment gateway don't have upi options
Recent search
The app has improved. However, recent search show oldest at top and newest at the bottom. There is no way to sort. Recent search must be sorted in descending order.
Not reliable.. will charge you money and show under process
No guarantee of ticket issuance by airline till next few hours after booking.. surprised to hear when I called customer care
No difference in defence fare
Why did u create an option as defence fare when u dont give any difference in that. Official websites of airlines are giving special discount over defence quota but don’t know from where you are taking the quota. Dont loot defence personnel 🙏🏼
App is not stable , closing on its own

What is the use of app if one can not book his ticket?
Bad UI bad overall
Kindly work on the UI. The Colors are all washed out and the app doesn’t work properly. Please fix the app.

Why irctc is making useless apps for iOS users God should know...Unable to book a single ticket.Even 1 rating is also waste...
Major issues
When I search for any flight it is not able to show the name, even I am not able to select the date because date Tab is not visible it is almost white
