The thing barely works. It’s ok to check the flights, but when it comes to purchasing tickets or simply checking reservations it simply does not work. For instance, tickets purchased via the app (when it works)…do not appear on the app, you have to load them from the booking number in the confirmation email. So what’s the point of the app if it just adds steps to the process?

I had done the check in on the app But once you go out the app and go back , the boarding pass disappears Be careful and download them specially if you have a transit flight ( I couldn’t find the boarding pass on my second flight) There is no button on the options to check them

Veramente non capisco come fate a fare peggio di prima…. Si riconosceva il club di appartenenza dal colore della carta d’imbarco, adesso niente!!! Ogni volta perdo il numero volare… non mi prende in conto le mie punti… le carte d’imbarco non si vedono più sul la schermata home… Sinceramente peggio di questo non si fa…

Dommage que l’interface de réservation ne tienne pas compte des aéroports desservis par ITAAirways et qu’elle ne soit pas en Français

I tried to check in, the app sent me to the web site of KLM where I had to insert again the ticket number, name,… I managed to generate my boarding card, but when I came back to ITA app or KLM, I could not find my boarding card.

Just like most of the airways company this app is buggy. I can’t add my boarding pass to the Wallet. 😕
