Last update of the app: nothing is working, I can not log in and with my account logged in through the browser I can not see any of my previous flights and the next 6 already booked one, very bad update, not customer friendly

As a Flying Blue Lifetime Platinum member I am amazed at seeing how fifteen flghts with ITA were not credited to my account. With Alitalia it always worked.

Cannot add KQ status, so it’s a no from me.

Can not add my trips: either it gives an error or it succeed but the trip is not added to the list or it states that the trip has been already added (but it’s not). No way to see my flights/boarding passes. I had a 2 legs trip and after the first leg the whole trip disappeared and is not accessible anymore. Also, I did the check in online (a browser in my laptop) but the app kept showing a “check in” button. Clicking “more” and then “special offers” or “Youth fares” gives an empty pop up where I can only click on an “ok” button. I can continue but I’ll leave it at this for decency

When i open the app on my iphone 7 (ios 13.7), the app suddenly closes, i don’t know why, but it’s like that, i’m so sad, on Safari browser the page on check in is blank, so it’s impossible to see the boarding pass... How can do?

Frequent flyer ‘Volare’ section is not working properly and can’t submit my flight number to get volare points.

The app is ridiculously poor. In addition with the latest version it crashes each time you try to save the boarding pass to the iPhone Wallet
