I contacted customer service when camera sensor stopped working and they called me back the next day, when I missed the call it takes a long time to get hold of them again. Imagine if you rely on their service and product for security protection and peace of mind.

用过很多牌子，其中Dropcam用咗有八年以上，可惜给谷歌收購… 问：会否用ai这个feature 来研製一个家居智能裝置啊？

No live streaming

The server lag is always around 1-2 mins, and sometimes even not recording after the motion detection. And I can’t check the playbacks frequently and the customer service just told me it’s the server problem and nothing they can do. I signed 2 year’s contract with them, they told me even you don’t want to continue the service after 2 years, you can still use cameras only in the live mode. They are lying! You can’t use any live mode as what they promised anymore.
