Fix the app - bad experience
I had an appointment booked a day before and when I reached there then it gave me a ticket with 8 people waiting, where as I should be automatically added to the list for that time otherwise what’s the point of booking an appointment one day in advance? And even after I took a second ticket from the app, locked the phone and put it my ticket and after 5 minutes when i open the phone the ticket is gone and have to get a new one. Wasted a lot of my time. Very frustrating and annoying app, please fix it ASAP
