The app looks good however it’s buggy and almost useless. It shows unread notifications and badge but there no new notifications It is a clear bug. Presets and EQ would be useful but you have to run the app all the time. Headset forgets a preset after power off.

Не работает, не находит наушники. Пришлось удалить приложение.

Постоянно отключаются, при переходе с одного приложения на другое. Например: если вышел из приложения Youtube отключаются наушники, приходится выключать, и затем включать наушники, через приложение повторно невозможно подключить. БЕСИТ. iPhone X.

I very much like it, it provides me with some equalizer settings, which I use. I can see the charge level, it is useful too.

Idk why people are saying the app doesn’t work. The app works perfectly for me. I paired them with my iphone first before downloading the app and then I downloaded the app and there’s been absolutely no issues at all LOL. RIP jaybird you will be missed. At least you went out with a bang. The vista 2’s are one of the best truly wireless earbuds I’ve ever tried. Had the beats pro fit for a while and have been using the airpods pro for 2+ years before that but I always loved jaybird. Used the x3 and and x4 religiously before going to the airpods pro. I am glad I am back for the last product they will ever release 😌

For years, I’ve defended my Jaybird Tarah buds against more “elite” options. “The app customization is amazing” is usually my go-to argument. But I’m getting really, really tired of the app giving me the “can’t find your earbuds” message. It used to happen intermittently, but now it happens all the time. I haven’t been able to connect since the last update, and I’ve had it. If you can’t or won’t fix it for the multiple users having this issue (and judging from the reviews, I’m far from the only one with this problem), then no hard feelings: I’ll just move on to another earbud company, and this will be the LAST set of Jaybirds I buy.

Vast majority of positive reviews are for the head phones or are from several years ago. Critical negative reviews pertain to the fact that the app no longer seems to be supported by IOS. App crashes immediately upon opening.

App only connects to ear buds when first paired. Afterwards, the app cannot connect to the ear buds. Phone itself has no problem connect. Obviously a problem with the app
