The most stupid airline app in the world 1. Requiers too much info and time 2. If you after spending 10 min entered all your family data and then pressed "done", not "continue", then all data erased and you have to start from the beginning!!!!!! Are you do stupid not to see that and fix????

Today, I had an issue with one of our reservation. I called to jet Blue airline, I spoke with Ammy after waiting 1 hours 03 minutes then she put me on hold & call got disconnected then I again called to airline after spending 49 minutes and 20 minutes with and Nia Minutes I got connected with Nia. She asked me for hold. Then she hung up. AFTER THAT I called again after spending 56 minutes got connected to Most Unprofessional agent His name was Debby. He was very rude and didn’t ask for hold, then he hold my call for 27 minutes then no help. I have had wasted my precious 4 Hours. I booked thousands tickets with Jet Blue. After this I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PATHETIC AIRLINE to anyone. I will divulge this unprofessional with everyone. GOOD BYE JET BLUE 👏🏼

Crashes constantly

Boarding pass QR code doesn’t always enlarge

The recent update made this app very glitchy. I fly enough that I have priority security. Before when you checked in, you could send the boarding pass to your wallet and it would have the arrows indicating priority security. Now there is no way to do this and the boarding pass doesn’t show the arrows. I had to get cleared by customer service. The whole point of priority security is to save me time but this update has had me running around the airport. This is the only thing wrong with the app. Otherwise I love the convenience of it.
