The service would be even better if the courier calls an hour before arrival.

There quick delivery takes more than one day for getting order delivered and that too gets cancelled by them itself The experience with them have been deteriorating day by day and I am not sure what they are doing in the quick commerce business when they cannot deliver anything on time and sometimes not even delivering at all

Jio mart is literally a worst app and their customer service is pathetic . On 9 th April i ordered my groceries from jio mart first it was to get delivered by 12 april and then they mailed me that due to some inconvenience i will get my order on 14 th april and continued calling the customer service but they were unresponsive and we not able to even carry forward my compain after 14th my order got cancelled by itself. It is not even a one star rating

The app is nice they deliver in almost less than 10 mins and also doesn't charge any delivery fees or small cart fees. But i had two bad experiences. once the product I ordered got cancelled and I didn't got refund yet the app was showing it as refund complete. Another one I didn't got one of the product I ordered but in the app it showed delivery and I also didn't got refund for it. They only have online / chat options. Their number is only robotic helper and not a actual agent. I would have really gave 5 stars if they would properly resolve customers issue.

This app needs improvement like when open any item and go back it shows list from above. so you have to scroll all the way back down again. Its so irritating. Sometime when add items to cart, it shows error.

Please do not order anything from the app because if you do, you will never get your product delivered, as it will be cancelled, midway and returned without even your intimation. I had ordered a simple grocery item of detergent for which I had paid beforehand, after giving a delivery date of within 48 hours they kept on postponing the expected delivery date and cancelled the delivery abruptly. I | even received a delivery message that your product is out for delivery with the phone number of the courier guy but the courier guy never picked up the phone nor the product as Ever delivered. Call centre executives kept on saying that the product was returned because of a technical issue. When I asked them about the technical issue and the exact reason for the same, they had no answer. The calls and executives do not have even any idea from where the product is going to be delivered or where is the storehouse or warehouse of the same. Nor I was given a satisfactory course of a technical issue for non-product delivery. All in all this is a scam perpetuated by the Jio mart app owners in which they take money from the consumers and don't deliver the product and return the money at their own leisurely. As you can read many such other reviews in which the same modus operandi is being done by the Jio mart owners. Please do not download the app now. Use it for any of your consume in it. They are scammers

I only received part of my order and they said other products are not available in store and refund will be initiated at the time of delivery. I waited for 2days but I didn’t receive any refund and now they are saying refund window is closed. At very first place if the product is not available why are they even letting us order it? And now there is now way to get my money back. Worst service.
