The service would be even better if the courier calls an hour before arrival.

I did a partial voucher redemption of my 2000 rs voucher. Now I cannot use the voucher again and I lost 1500 rs just like that . Reaching out to the customer service does not help and they keep pointing out to some faq which does not even show up when redeeming the voucher. The service agents have zero empathy and do not even attempt to resolve the issue.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Resq Services, the authorized service company for JioMart, regarding my recent purchase of two Midea AC units from JioMart. On May 10, I purchased two Midea AC units from JioMart. However, after the installation, I discovered that one of the AC units was not functioning properly, as there was no cooling at all. I immediately registered a complaint with the service team, and after two days, a technician from Resq Services came to inspect the unit. He determined that there was no gas in the unit and advised me to contact the service center again for the AC filling team. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, approximately 20 days have passed, and nobody from Resq Services has responded to my calls or arrived to resolve the issue. This lack of communication and delay in service is completely unacceptable, especially considering that the AC unit is brand new and has not been in use for more than two days. To exacerbate the situation, when I contacted Midea's call center for assistance, I was informed by the executive that Midea is responsible only for AC units sold offline. I am left feeling frustrated and helpless, as I have invested in a product that I cannot use due to the negligence and unprofessionalism of JioMart and Resq Services. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation, whether it be a prompt resolution of the issue with the faulty AC unit or a full refund for the defective product. I expect a timely response and resolution to this matter, as further delay is unacceptable. All I want to say is please don’t purchase any product from JioMart.They are not providing customers any option for complaints and even you can’t write a review about a product you purchased.this is the biggest mistake I made

Dear customer don’t buy from JioMart they are making fool of there customer as I placed order on 06 jun 2024 today is 11 June 2024 still order is under process they changed delivery date to the p jun still waiting for my groceries to get delivered if u guys have sufficient time atleast 10 days then only order otherwise pathetic customer support and Relience name is going down day by day as they only have money in there mind no customer need matters

Poor service. When you order groceries and if it is not available, they will still put as available. Once you make the payment and is under process, they will put the items which are discounted as not available so we cannot cancel and we are forced to accept the order as it takes 3 days to be delivered. To get customer service online is also a lengthy process. Never buy vegetable, bread, butter or perishable items. Vegetables are always rotten, butter always melted and bread expiry is always next day. There is always dirty water inside the packing or plastic bag if it is frozen item. There was never a day when I have got decent product.

Need to improve so many aspects , many functions do not work such as help section submit request. Offer also does not get apply .

Overall experience is good the only problem was with delivery partner i had to walk 200m away from my home for taking delivery!

One of the worst shopping apps with orders getting cancelled without informing me about it.
