You can definitely lose money using there bikes. They use ICON parking for there bike docks. We all know how NYC when it comes down to 24hr service with gates, if they don’t open and there’s space available, most areas won’t open the place then customer service will try to make go further from your location to dock the bike or if it’s full and most of the areas around you are full. They should’ve had a process where they could lock it in the station. Instead they make excuses, there are tracking devices on those bikes so once again no excuse. They will definitely charge you for it, most bikes need repairs they don’t follow up on those rarely. There’s no rewards program or discount for when the bike take time out your day. Meaning your at your delivery location and the bike will refuse to lock simply because most area in manhattan, network blocks the server from the phone to your bike. I had many issue like this, all they will say is for you to try to move the bike you will practically waste 30 mins doing so. Most drivers I see use it is only because there using them to get enough so they could lease the WHIZZ BIKES, which is a better choice in my opinion. If you care about your funds do not use this app get ZOOMO or WHIZZ.
