No problem, your data is available to you at any time.

Easy and secure shopping: Care products, accessories and spare parts. In the JURA E-Store you will find all our products for our automatic speciality coffee machines. If required, order them directly via J.O.E.® and have your purchase conveniently delivered to your home.
Operation
With Siri and the Apple Watch, you can operate JURA fully automatic coffee machines even smarter. You can prepare your coffee simply by voice command or with a tap of your finger on the Apple Watch.

Hello dear Application support and dear Jura support,
Happy with my recent November 2024 Jura J8 purchase, it-s really is a premium product (as per the costs, but its understandable).
I-m not so happy with the J.O.E. application because even though i-ve modified the configuration on my router and still cannot pair my coffe machine to my phone, which is very sad if you look at 2024 connectivity with all the household appliances.
Please prioritize the bug fixing on the application side because its really affecting the Jura image creating a paradox: premium machine with not so premium application part.
3/5 stars because the application part is not functioning as designed needing a-lot of improvement.
Good system
I like this system a lot, you can choose the length strength and temperature of your coffee and can save as many presets as you want on the mobile phone. The mobile phone experience is much better than anything I have seen on the device display, no matter the device. The mobile UI could be improved or simplified on the coffee editing side, I understand the proposed concept, but there’s room for improvement/simplification.

With this version coffee is missing from products list.
Terrifyingly bad
Connection is bad, the app looks like it’s made by complete amateurs. Amazing coffee machine though
Connection not so good with the new update
Overall the new design is better than the old one but the connection with the machine is bad.
It takes longer to find and connect with the Bluetooth adapter and loses the connection immediately if you put the app in background.
I like the new design but I prefer a much longer and stable connection. Hope it will be an update soon.
Rock it!
Before this app was in a bad shape. With the latest release it rocks! Functionality wise is way better than before. The design is glammy. Cheers on the current developers working on this! Good job guys and looking forward to see this app evolving as it did with this update!
Eine einzige Katastrophe
Keine Verbindung mit Jura Z10 möglich, trotz Hotline-Kontakt und studieren sämtlicher Tipps und Anleitungen
Initiale Verbindung erfolgreich, danach nicht mehr möglich.
Die erste Verbindung zwischen App und Kaffeemaschine war super easy und erfolgreich. Bereits beim zweiten Versuch am Folgetag ist ein erneutes Verbinden nicht mehr möglich. Die App signalisiert, dass Gerät und Kaffeemaschine getrennt seien, der Status der Maschine wird in rot angezeigt.. Die Kaffeemaschine selbst behauptet, verbunden zu sein, Status hier grün. Ich habe überhaupt keine Ahnung, wie ich das lösen kann, selbst ein erneutes verbinden nach drinnen des Gerätes hat nicht funktioniert.
Ich hätte mir erhofft, dass dies reibungslos funktioniert, da die App schon sehr durchdacht zu sein scheint.
Etwas, das leider nicht funktioniert, auch nach wiederholten Versuchen ist Unbrauchbar und erhält somit nur einen. (Allenfalls).
Funktioniert nicht
Die Verbindung zur J8 twin scheint nur teilweise zu funktionieren. Ein Getränkebezug per App ist trotz tagelangem herumprobieren bisher nicht möglich gewesen
Keine Registrierung möglich
Die App funktioniert so weit. Nur wenn man sich als User registrieren oder einloggen möchte, sind die Felder des Formulars gesperrt . Nur die Checkbox der AGBs funktioniert.
