Will not let me sign out of my account into another one. There is no menu. What in the actual world is going on with this app

THIS IS THE WORST APP IN HISTORY IM LITERALLY JUST TRYING TO SEND A EMAIL TO MY COUSIN AND CANT THIS IS DISTURBING HOW THE APP ONLY GIVE YOU A OPTION TO SEND MONEY

What’s going on with JPay I’m not receiving any messages and my messages are not being sent out. A lot of prisoners are having the same issue. Please fix this.

I have to delete the app and reinstall a few times a month. Sometimes it fixes the glitches of not being able to send/retrieve messages, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s annoying but better than old school writing a letter on paper.

This app keeps saying my information doesn’t match and it does. I deleted the account trying to reset now it doesn’t work. So frustrating

Sloooooooooow like a turtle!

I’m an artist and can’t put music on the kiosk for the inmates that been asking about the music and they need to make it easier for artist to put music on the kiosk for the inmates

I’ll send messages, I’ll send pictures, I’ll close the app and try to reopen it and it just sits on the loading screen till a timed out error pops up and it won’t go away unless I restart my phone completely. Obnoxious. The ONLY app on my phone that does this. I have great internet, no shortages in my area and during these times this app is the only one effected. Fix it, it’s been nearly a year of this and I’m fed up.

I find it interesting how I can never send money to my loved ones or buy them things without the app saying there’s an error. Why does this app only work on its own accord???
