Won’t connect to my smartwatch. Smartwatch can’t connect to my phone. So disappointing. Nothing I do works.

When I try to connect the watch to my phone it works but it doesn’t send messages or get them. I tried everything to get it working but it never works. I got my other one working on my other phone and it gets messages but for some reason my other one doesn’t get them at all. But overall it is a good watch to have.

I don’t know how to change the language in the watch to English? Does anyone know how to do that?

What happened to heart rate and SpO2 reading?

My son got this as a gift and it was created by a Chinese leader (not shijingping) but by khang and is not trustworthy! He is under orders from the government and is taking your data! It says they remain the right to keep your height, weight, birth, all of that. I am going to get my son an actual TRUSTWORTHY watch and smash this one. I hope you do to! DO NOT trust this at ALL costs!!

How can the step count be calibrated? I’ve been wearing another device simultaneously to check the accuracy of this app in the step counts and it is off by about 2/3!! In other words, it overcounts dramatically! I could guess every day, but that’s not the reason I bought the ring! Reset? Maybe. The resting BP seemed about right. Any other people having step inaccuracies?

This is a fine watch because I can keep my eye on myself and blood pressure but I want to be able to text on it not just see them but also it keeps connecting and disconnecting it’s so annoying and my friend keeps calling me and the watch says it’s supposed to alert me when someone calls and it won’t do that and it’s so annoying. and for the sports there’s only like four items. And I would like to have more face items because they’re all so boring for the beginning picture.🥱😴that’s kind of what the watch feels like

Hi there , I had to do a factory reset on my watch and when my watch came back on the time was on a 24-hour clock and the date was set back to 1970-01-01! I have know way of know how to update it because the app says it’s “up to date “ and the settings are no help either. I got this watch a year ago and just only turned it back on again after a another year, I lost everything including the physical users manual the online manual isn’t any help and I can’t do anything on my watch so this watch is really annoying me . But besides that it’s good.
