I don’t really understand why this app can be downloaded from Russian AppStore even though there are NO available public libraries or universities to log up in Russia. Pretty weird approach

I love the many options available.

Capture a lot of not only the Falls but Native culture in short 12 minutes.

While I love having the ability to watch movies that aren’t mainstream, I hate that I have to constantly be flipping back and forth between IMDB and/or YouTube to dig up more information and/or trailers before spending my limited “tickets” to watch a movie. So yeah, it’s “free,” but for me that cost is completely negated by time spent researching while browsing the clunky interface.

From 2000 miles away, a dear friend tuned me into this public library service. I immediately started watching the national parks series by Ken Burns and I am grateful.

It has taken me 50 minutes to get through 40 minutes of a documentary because either the picture blurs or playback stops. I tried watching on the website and the app on different devices. No other streaming service is struggling to play media. I checked my Internet speed and it is “very fast.” I am writing this review while I wait for the playback to resume. Is anyone else having this issue?

Kanopy is a pleasant surprise of unique options for our viewing pleasure! Loved the animated shorts.

When I try to add my card to update it, I get a "Sorry, unknown error". I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but no luck. Now, I will delete the app forever. SORRY, KNOWN ERROR

Sit there waiting to resume where you’d left off the day before, nothing happens. Should be instantaneous (you know, like YouTube or AmazonPrime).

Can't watch films on my phone because it heats my device up. I don't want to ruin the phone so I'll stick with the TV app for now (which works great by the way). Fix the app so I can actually use it on my phone and i'll up the rating.
