I’m a trained breathing coach. This is the best app that suits all levels and types of breathing training because of its flexibility. The only improvement I can think of is to have it able to play in background mode so I can read the news on my phone while I practice my breathing.

I was looking for a non verbal 5.5sec inhale/exhale . I like this has music, vibration or light.

I’ve been using this app to help develop my Vegas nerve. It is so helpful in keeping me to the right breaths per min. The only thing that could make it better is to be able to set it for 5.89 breathes per min or similar decimal points. At the moment it goes in .25 increments. 0.1 increments would take the app to the next level. Thanks

Very good. It helps with panic attacks, being stressed and generally feeling good.
