Самое плохое такси в Катаре! Водители меняют маршрут и увеличивают дистанцию в два раза, проезд становится намного дороже! Это повторяется много раз! Никакой поддержки клиентов нет! Никто никогда не возвращает разницу и не отвечает на жалобы! Худший сервис!

Driver was falling asleep while he was driving at 100 km/h on Salwa rd. Had to yell to wake him up before we hit the curb and got into an accident! Highly unsafe.

The new booking system is very complicated. This am I booked 2 taxis by mistake. There was a confirmation for only one but 2 taxis showed up. The previous system was much simpler.

App is useless if drivers don’t actually come to pick you up. 50% of the time, I end up waiting only to end up getting the pick up cancelled by the driver or company. How motivated is someone to really on a product that doesn’t work 50% of the time?

Downloaded this app 2 weeks ago. Total waste. Drivers don't know where you are because they ca't read maps. Drivers can't read notes about building locations because they don't read English. Useless
