Lousiest app and bank across among banks in Myanmar

The bank keep doing maintenance of the app almost daily yet never get better . In fact always make customer feel of desperation when about to transfer money . Easily get locked for no reason . One of the bank that taken big advantage to customers during national crisis time . Nevertheless at least make your app improve in serving customers . App and counter staffs has same attitude

要是有中文系统就好用了因为很多华侨民众不会缅文和英文

They didn’t really care customers. They just support Junta. Even one star is not worth for them.

Lousy bank

The most disgusting bank on earth!! Kbz is seriously in breach of trust by freezing people’s ac without proper or legal way. It takes years to establish a good reputation but it just takes few seconds to lose the trust from customers. Don’t think kbz can survive for the long run with this kind of low standard!! Liar bank! Shame on you Kbz!! You r neither reliable nor trustworthy! Don’t even want to rate a star!

Really bad app. Not recommend to use.

Freeze customers' accounts for no reason. Don't trust this bank.

Shame on you KBZ for supporting Crazy Military Junta

What a shame KBZ, you choose Military Junta’s side instead of being with Myanmar people. You don’t know the international PDPA standard and give all personal info to စစ်ခွေး aka Military Junta and even freeze the account. You will be losing your place in Myanmar Banking very soon. Even 1 star is not deserved.

No customer right

This bank do not respect customer rights. They share the customer info with junta and freeze the accounts as they wish. Worst bank ever

Awful

Hello user, please don’t use this app which is totally unsecured and steal money from customers. Even they don’t care user and as well as without accountability. Shame on you owners and management!
