Kettlemans Bagels

I didn’t and haven’t checked the box consenting to texts, but they came anyways. Not okay!

This is hands down one of the worst, most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. It’ll be quicker to walk to kettlemans and wait in line than it would be to place an order in this app.

you can order well in advance but then 15 minutes before order should be ready they just send you notification that your order failed

Great Bagels, terrible app

I have $8 in rewards that cannot be redeemed. I cannot login to the app. The same info works for logging in on the website. They will only accept redemption from the app. Loyalty trap.

The app is great I get to collect points

Very frustrating.

Currently you cannot order just bagels. Previously I could order a dozen on my way over now I cannot.

Can’t set up automated password from my security app. Doesn’t remember previous settings… always asks location. Can’t pay unless I register a payment card or Apple Pay on the app. I don’t want apps to store that info. Change password function fails with secure password apps. Not ready for Prime time. I will continue to order from the counter 🫤.

I would love to sign up but it keeps requiring I add a location, but there isn’t a place to add one
