As the subject states. The App doesn't load past the kettlemans logo splash page.

Gets stuck on loading screen. Waste of time

Very last step of order. Fix it

The app won’t open anymore. It just stays on the logo. Which is super frustrating when you want to use your points, but your account is only connected to the app and their website.

What’s the point of an app if it doesn’t even open and let users log in. Doesn’t work on a laptop either. Couldn’t get my 12 free bagels for my birthday :,(

It has been many months since I’ve been able to log into the app. And I am definitely using the correct login information. After entering my credentials and tapping the login button, I remain on the same pg, with a message pointing to the password field saying “Fill out this field.” And of course, that field IS filled out. It’s high time for the developer to fix this!!!

The app no longer opens. It stays on the logo screen and doesn’t progress any further. Tried deleting and reinstalling but it still won’t get passed the logo, rendering the app completely unusable.

Was cheated out of points today because the app wouldn’t load for me. Had to close and reopen about 5 times and by then it was too late. Not making me a fan of going to Kettleman’s.

I didn’t and haven’t checked the box consenting to texts, but they came anyways. Not okay!

This is hands down one of the worst, most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. It’ll be quicker to walk to kettlemans and wait in line than it would be to place an order in this app.
