I am writing to highlight an issue with your application. On two occasions, I attempted to book a badminton court, but although the payment was deducted, the court was not successfully booked. I have already raised a support ticket regarding this matter, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is disappointing and requires immediate attention. I kindly request you to: 1. Fix the bugs in the app to prevent such issues in the future. 2. Process a refund for the amount deducted. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.

I have made a booking for 14th november but due to some mistake or error booking date showed as 11th november. Instantly I have raised a request to move the booking to 14th as I have paid whole money for booking which is 3000 but their support didn’t reached out to me or resolved my issue. If you have a app please provide prompt support too. If my issur would be resolved than I will remove this review.

I ordered a cricket kit on 28th October and I am posting this on 2nd November. There is no update on my order in the app, not able to reach customer care via phone, no response over email, no response over the complaint raised through the website. Such a pathetic customer service.
